“I’ve seen Holy Water Buffalo from its inception, something I’m very proud to state. I’ve had the honor of watching these four write and perform the dozen songs on their current set list, hearing each one evolve into its current form, a joy to say the least, and one that someone outside of a band rarely gets to see. I’ve also had the joy of seeing show goers become fans instantly, praising these four, almost overwhelmingly at times. However that process does nothing to inflate their egos. In fact, it seems to deflate them, making them more humble with each increasingly larger show. I can only hope those shows continue to grow larger, so that everyone could hear at least a small part of their performance. That’s all you need really, try the first few seconds of Boston on Medium, or the chorus of Hands of Dust, or the crescendo of Buffalo Hunter. Just those tiny samples and you’ll be a fan too. Landing on a sound somewhere between the beloved rock music of the sixties and the modern revitalization of garage bands, it is the opinion of this lifelong music lover that these four have a very bright future ahead of them. Be a part of it, give them a listen, and see if you aren’t as struck by it as the rest of us.” -Longtime Friend
