Shar was born and raised in Utah and moved to California as a young girl. She later moved back to Utah where she would start her music career. Her mother was the person who was instrumental in her never ending love for music. She grew up with a song in the morning to greet each day. Shar grew to adore the Judds, Shania Twain and The Dixie Chicks as did her mother. Of course, you cannot forget the great Reba. These women were some of the major influences in her musical writings. The first song that Shar wrote was “Mama’s Song” which was inspired by her mother whom she believes helps her write her music from her heart.
Coming from a very musical family, Shar took it seriously and worked hard to get to Nashville where she and her sister Abby were able to meet the man who put his mark on her music, much like what John Deere did for tractors. Jason Deere is the amazing Producer on her CD and he was able to translate her dreams making her music come to life.
Thank you. Jason, and Silvio for bringing the magic to my music.
“My true love for music is that I believe music is the true international language. It speaks to all of us, empowering us to do things we could only dream of”, says Shar. “Hope for a ‘Brighter’ day and always believe in oneself. I also believe that the world would be a better place for all of us with a song in our hearts and a dance in our walk. The sky is the limit.”
“I would like to invite you to share my music and my dreams. So reach for your stars… Seize the day and Soar Baby Soar!!!”
